Finally! The long awaited "Ms. Marvel / Moonstone" costume. Made this back in January and have held off taking photos for some time.
Amazing photography by Steven Shea of Abyssmal Photos.
Costume details: Red and black matte milliskin were used for the bodysuit, and yellow jumbo spandex for the star. The star was Wonder Undered to the bodysuit to keep it free of seams and embroidery stitches.
Gloves, a happy find in a box of old costume materials.
Boots (not pictured) purchased for $10 from Traffic, cut and painted the tops red with red leather paint from The Canning Shop.
Mask borrowed from Chrissy who she purchased from XTremeDesignFX.
*laughs* That's what I get ;D I spend so much time working on a model look, but thank you! I always worry I will look "constipated" instead of strong ;D
Constipated? No! Look fierce. There is a difference. I guess I watch America's Next Top Model too much but that's what I got from it. But I did like this pose. Well done!

I wish But with the way the economy is, combined with the sheer terror of having to fly, I don't think I'll be making it out west this year. I doubt you'll be coming out to DragonCon during Labor Day?

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.

Only criticism: I feel the face could be a little bit stronger. It just seems like a model look rather than emoting some feeling.
Well done!

I did another set with a different photographer, and he's out of town - so once I get the retouches, I'll most certainly be posting those.
